Shilpa’s career of 25 years spans across the corporate and social development sector. She has worked with Cocoon since its inception in the design and delivery of strategic talent-related solutions in India and the region.  

Her areas of expertise include leadership development design and facilitation, talent assessments and design of talent frameworks and HR systems.  She works closely with organisations to help them grow and scale their people practices in alignment with their strategic growth plans.

Her career in the social development sector spans 6 years and specifically focuses on the capacity building of organisations and leaders in the social impact space. She has worked with several impact leaders as a Coach, helping individual leaders reflect and craft their development journeys.
