Seema has over 15 years of experience. Her work has been in the realm of learning with a focus on skill assessment and development. With over 7 years as a practising coach in both personal and business contexts, she applies her experience to design-focused interventions with clients to meet their needs.   

She is certified and trained in Counselling, NLP,  Human Process Work, Appreciative Inquiry and the Enneagram. She is also the Founder Member of the Enneagram Academy of India.
