Pooja has over 20 years of experience working extensively across multiple HR domains. She has led global assignments and worked with clients across industries. A majority of her corporate experience has been with organisations like PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Mercer.

Pooja is a graduate of Psychology from Delhi University (1996). She completed her post-graduation from XLRI, Jamshedpur (1998). She is certified on IPE™ Job Evaluation methodology and EDAC psychometric tools such as LPA™ and MCPA™. She is also a trained Life Coach and a certified Hogan Assessor. Psychology remains her interest area and she has completed a specialization course in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, US.
