Anuradha’s 25+ years career spans senior roles in Strategy & Transformation and Human Resources at Credit Suisse (New York and Singapore), Pfizer (UK) and Nestle (India).

Through her corporate career, Anuradha has been a champion for DEI in the workplace, sponsoring diversity forums and mentoring senior women. Anuradha is a certified facilitator with accreditation in several organizational assessment inventories, psychometric and coaching tools.

She is also a regular speaker and panel member at Leadership, HR and DEI events in the Asia Pacific region. Anuradha enjoys writing about leadership and transformation and learning through research.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI (India) and a Bachelors (Honours) degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University (India).
