Pavithra has over 20 years of experience in the areas of Leadership Development and Learning and Development including Coaching. She has also worked on setting up or strengthening HR policies and systems across organisations in India. She works both with corporates and more extensively in the social sector. Her work has spanned  IT, ITES, Financial Services, Banking, Telecom, Retail, Microfinance, Education and Development sector. Pavithra completed her PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
