Balinder Singh Dhillon has almost 30 years of experience in corporate law, governance, risk management, strategic planning and implementation. He has held leadership positions in governance functions including Legal, Corporate Secretarial, Audit and Risk. He has worked as counsel in practice with corporate houses and has been associated with various corporate Boards as an executive and independent Board Member.

Dhillon graduated from Punjab University and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Bar Council of India. He holds a Master of Laws degree from McGill University, Canada. As a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, he completed his accreditation under a Certificate of Qualification equivalent to a Graduate of Law through the Law Faculty, University of Toronto, Canada.
