Bindu has over 25 years of experience leading Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion portfolios across organisations like Vodafone, HP, EDS, Bank of America and WNS Global Services. 

Over the last 5 years as an entrepreneur, she has engaged in enabling organisations and leaders through their transformational journey by coaching on executive presence, facilitating visioning, leadership transformation, business storytelling, masterful conversations and influence workshops.

Bindu has a B.E. (Electronics and Telecommunication) and an MSc. in Learning Technology from Oxford University.
