Leaders go through a set of psychometric assessments and stakeholder feedback -a profile of the leader is created

Key areas of strength and opportunity are identified taking inputs from these assessments and feedback
Step 3
Creation of an Individual Development Plan (IDP) - areas of focus and measures of outcome are identified in two broad categories - business outcomes and personal transformation outcomes
Step 4
The CoCoon coach engages with the leader in a series of 5-6 individual coaching sessions. These are high engagement and intense sessions which are highly focused on the themes that have been identified in the IDP
Step 5
Each session has either a shadowing or simulation event which the coach observes and provides immediate feedback for greater intensity of impact. The discussion revolves around suggestions given on behavior modification and factors that enable readiness for transformation
Step 6
Post-stakeholder feedback is sought with the same set of stakeholders as earlier, to gather feedback of significant demonstrated changes
Step 7
A follow-up session is done at an internal of 4-6 weeks with a summary report of recommendations for the leader to take forward
