Feedback is gathered about the leader around key dimensions of CoCoon's Leadership Impact Model as well as underlying competencies from 8-10 stakeholders (customers, direct reportees, peers and managers) through structured interviews and their inputs are compiled into a qualitative, anecdotally rich report. The qualitative feedback is also anchored to a brief quantitative section.
Step 1
We would customize the IMPRINT framework, if necessary, based on our understanding of the leaders' role, organizational context and any existing competency frameworks.
Step 2
A detailed briefing session is held with all the leaders participating in IMPRINT to explain it to them, ensure they are comfortable with the process and address any queries that they may have.
Step 3
The process commences with each leader identifying and writing to his/her stakeholders, requesting for feedback.
Step 4
The CoCoon facilitator gathers feedback from 8 - 10 stakeholders per leader (these could be done in person /telephonically)
Step 5
The feedback is compiled into a detailed, confidential feedback report and sent to the participant.
Step 6
The CoCoon facilitator does a detailed debriefing and clarifying one n one discussion with the leader to address any queries about the report and also to help the individual explore next steps from a development roadmap perspective.
