Cumulative Rollout:
DC Lite can effectively be delivered as an intense 1 to 1.5 day developmental initiative, covering all competencies in focus. This exercise will be completed with highlights of strengths and development areas against the competencies and a one-on-one action planning discussion. Internal L&D can then leverage these inputs to design capability building interventions to address gaps emerging from the DC
Modular Rollout:
DC Lite can form an integral part of your capability building roadmap, where each competency cluster is in focus through a series of simulations. These interventions are interspersed with internal developmental initiatives to build capability and give higher focus and attention to the competency cluster. The process is then repeated for the next relevant competency cluster.
