LiA - Leadership In Action
Coaching Process for Senior Leaders

It rests on the process of a Facilitator – Coach observing and coaching
the leader in a combination of two settings:
  • His/Her natural work environment and
  • A simulated setting

The coach provides immediate, objective, real-time feedback around key dimensions of leadership. This tool is very powerful for Senior Leaders owing to it sharp focus on impact. It allows for a baseline measure to be created, through observation, feedback and discussion and focuses the individual around visible, measurable and observable opportunities for changes or modifications in behaviour.

This tool is ideally combined with IMPRINT, for stakeholder feedback on the identified impact areas in order to provide a 360 perspective (stakeholder feedback, facilitator feedback and self reflection). We have developed a coaching model which focuses on transformative changes through the process of Engagement, Assimilation and Practice. It focuses on creating an impact using a combination of Team Leadership models and Behavioural Coaching.
