  Our Coaching solutions are typically aimed at Management teams / Senior Leaders for a few reasons:

At more junior levels, we firmly believe that coaching is most impactful if done internally by Supervisors and Senior Managers. In addition to addressing the specific coaching need, internal coaches also play key roles as role models and reinforcers of organizational culture
At more Senior levels, candid and relevant feedback is typically not readily available. Further, internal coaches are very difficult to find for top management teams (in some cases, global Leads are leveraged but this is rare). These factors make external coaching very relevant at these levels.

Finally, ours is a 'real-time' coaching model - we include a lot of shadowing, simulation and stakeholder feedback in our coaching process in order to ensure maximum alignment with and relevant to the leader in his / her context.
