We have effectively leveraged our feedback tools – 180 / 360 feedback, Development Centers and IMPRINT to help Leaders at all levels reflect on their development needs, receive feedback about their areas of strength and opportunity and use the information to create a strong, individualized action plan that helps them accelerate their effectiveness.
We have designed and run Development Centers for several companies across the globe (Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Mexico, Spain) and in the process covered over a 1000 Managers (from young leaders to Management teams of companies). A key element of our Development Centers is a comprehensive Feedback Report that covers the key competencies with ample supporting evidence and an in depth one on one discussion with each participant and the Lead CoCoon Observers to share feedback and create an action plan.
We have two models in our 180 / 360 feedback offering: (1) Young to Mid-Career Leader feedback – this is a primarily quantitative tool which is custom built around the organization's competency framework; (2) Senior Leader feedback – Here, CoCoon has developed a tool called IMPRINT which seeks to assess leadership impact through qualitative interviews.
