Our work with thousands of leaders across organizations and various sectors has proven that the more senior the leader, the less effective traditional forms of development interventions (such as Workshops, for example) and the more critically relevant one on one, personalized engagement.

Our Coaching model, iLEAP (Impactful Leadership through Engagement, Assimilation and Practice) amalgamates best practices and knowledge of organizations and leaders and sound psychological moorings around adult development and learning and behavioral coaching to focus on outcomes and leadership impact.

We offer four coaching solutions:

Master Coaching – The focus here is to help build internal coaching capability in senior leaders in organizations so that they may cascade a coaching culture through the organization by role modeling.

Leadership in Action – This novel method of coaching involves real-time feedback based on a CoCoon Coach observing the individual in his/her natural surroundings (e.g. conducting a team meeting or town hall), through shadowing or watching a videotaped interaction of the coachee and then providing immediate feedback.

Team Coaching – In this model, the CoCoon Coach works with the intact work group to help them understand and reflect on group dynamics, enablers and detractors and then helps provide feedback regarding uptake / demonstration of new behaviors / engagement norms.

Executive Coaching – This one on one behavioral coaching solution involves working closely with the Coachee to identify and address key areas of opportunity and also to leverage key areas of strength.
