Dr. Snigdha Nautiyal

As a Clinical Psychologist who straddles active practice and corporate consulting, Snigdha has over 14 years of clinical and
corporate experience and is based out of Bangalore. Her experience spans clinical work, research, training programs,
leadership development and talent assessment.
At CoCoon, Snigdha has been involved in talent assessment and leadership development programs giving strategic inputs
to various client assignments. She has been involved in designing and facilitating training programs for different leadership
levels, as well as working extensively in facilitating Development Centers, Assessment Centers and Facilitated 360 feedback
for the mid and senior levels of leadership.
She is also involved in the area of Coaching. She has been designing and implementing Master Coaching Programs as well
as been an Executive Coach to senior leadership in some of our client companies. As a clinical psychologist she is uniquely
positioned to bring a combination of principles and understanding of her core area of competence with organization behavior
and business understanding.
Snigdha holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore.

Shilpa is closely aligned with the Consulting Practice at CoCoon and has over 12 years of experience. Prior to CoCoon, she was with eServe handling Recruitment and Training.
She has worked with client organizations across sectors and has helped drive key Business and HR areas such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Design of Assessment / Development Centers and 360 Feedback. Some of her current assignments include designing and facilitating Development Centers for IT products and Services companies, working with key Senior members in a large Financial Services company in building their selection capability on a one-on-one basis and fleshing out a Competency framework for a large Software products company. She has worked with companies in the IT, ITES, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and Telecom sectors.
She holds a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Symbiosis Institute of Management.

Gitanjali Mishra

Gitanjali has 11 years of experience with over three years within CoCoon.
Prior to CoCoon, she has worked in HR functions in organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Boyden, Shoppers’ Stop Ltd & Radio Mirchi. In these roles her experience spans working on Individual Training & Development Plans based on the company’s Competency Matrix for junior and middle management levels, Training Design and Delivery, Performance Management and Employee non-monetary reward & recognition.
With CoCoon, Gitanjali works with organizations across sectors and has helped drive HR strategy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Design of Assessment / Development Centres and 360 Feedback. She has designed and delivered training Programs for a range of audience from young executives to mid and senior management. She has worked with companies in the FMCG, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Insurance and Telecom sectors.
Gitanjali holds a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune with specialization in Human Resources.

Amrita Madiah

Amrita has 11 years of experience with four years within CoCoon.
Prior to CoCoon, she has worked in banking operations with Standard Chartered Bank and eServe International; Training Design and Delivery in her roles at eServe and AOL and managed the end-to-end Training Function at AirTel. In these assignments her experience spans training needs assessment, design, delivery and evaluation at a functional and organizational level.
With CoCoon, Amrita’s work focuses on Talent development. She has been involved in Design and Delivery of training programs for audiences ranging from young professionals to Senior Managers. She has also contributed to Mid to Senior management program design and delivery. Some of her current assignments include the design and facilitation of Facilitated 360-degree assignments for Senor Managers at a large Internet Services company and a Banking organization and is extensively involved in facilitating Development Centers for various clients. She has worked with companies in the Manufacturing, IT, ITES, Telecom and Development Sector.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Special Management Certification from IIM Calcutta.

Vidushi Kamani

Vidushi has 10 years of experience with two years within CoCoon.
Prior to CoCoon, she has worked in HR with Accenture, where she held different roles to support organization design, talent attraction, integration, engagement and development as well as the formulation of the leadership development strategy and approach across key levels in the organization.
With CoCoon, Vidushi uses her experience to drive and support assignments in the area of Organization Solution Design and People Solution Design. Some of her recent work has included design of High Potential Development and Identification Processes, Leadership Development Strategy and Calendar, Culture Diagnostics and Enabling High Performance Work Teams. She has worked with organizations across sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Insurance, IT & ITES and Development Sector.

Jayati Talapatra

Jayati has eight years of experience with three years within CoCoon.
Prior to CoCoon, she has worked with Maruti Udyog Ltd in Organization Development, Recruitment & Performance Management; with Hughes Software Systems she spearheaded the campus recruitment program and also handled a role in OD. She has worked with Accenture in an HR Generalist role and with Novell as part of the OD team.
With CoCoon Jayati is involved in assignments spanning Organization Design including organization restructuring and designing HR processes for the development sector, telecom sector and travel industry. Some of her recent work includes the design and delivery of a leadership intervention for the CEOs of channel partners of a Multi National IT Hardware Company. She has also been involved in designing and facilitating several training programs for a varied audience across experience levels, spanning young executives to senior management. She has worked with companies in the FMCG, Financial Services, IT & ITES sectors and Development Sector.

Pavithra Gaikwad

Pavithra has eight years of experience with over two years within CoCoon.
Prior to CoCoon, she has worked with MphasiS BPO in several roles spanning Customer Support to Training. In her role as Training Manager, she had an end-to-end responsibility of the function, covering needs assessment, training, evaluation of training effectiveness, mentoring of trainers, client interaction, vendor assessment and training process migration for client businesses.
With CoCoon Pavithra has been extensively involved in the Design and Delivery of a varied set of training programs across industries and audiences. Some of her recent work includes the design and handover of training content for a new hire program, which spanned a large number of Training Partners for the client, across the country. She has also worked with organizations to help drive key Business and HR areas such as training needs analysis, culture diagnostics, and competency frameworks. She has worked with companies in the IT & ITES, Retail, Recruitment solutions, Telecom and the Development Sector.
