Snigdha is a Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of clinical and corporate experience including five years with CoCoon. In addition to working with CoCoon, Snigdha also runs a successful private practice as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor.
As a clinical psychologist she is uniquely positioned to bring in a combination of experience in her core area of competence with a strong understanding of organization behavior and business. This in turn allows for her significant contribution to our Capability Building solutions.
As a part of our Leadership Development solutions she spear heads Coaching in both design and as well as facilitation. She has been instrumental in designing our product LiA and works closely with leadership teams as well as individuals going through the Program. In this regard she has also facilitated several Management Team Effectiveness workshops to help leadership teams through change and role transition.
Snigdha has contributed to designing IMPRINT and facilitates its roll out among senior leadership. She has worked with the leadership teams of clients, both in India and abroad, to facilitate such feedback and individual development action planning. In some assignments, she has engaged with clients through IMPRINT and followed through with LiA, as their Executive Coach, supporting them through this phase of their development journey.
Snigdha has facilitated development centres at the senior leadership level, across organizations and industries and has provided strategic inputs for talent assessment assignments at various levels.
As a part of our Program Design solutions, she has developed Mentoring capability building programs and facilitated orientation of Mentors to the role and the processes involved.
At CoCoon, Snigdha has worked with clients in IT, ITES, Telecom, BFSI and FMCG in India and abroad.
Prior to CoCoon, she worked in a clinical set-up before moving to handling assignments in the development sector covering areas of capacity development and community based interventions. She was the Project Head for a mental health intervention project commissioned by the Government of Gujarat with the Royal Netherlands Embassy and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad for community based organizations. She was responsible for developing and implementing training modules for capacity building for identifying common mental disorders and counseling.
She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bangalore

As Senior Manager, Organizational Solutions Shilpa plays an important role in expanding business across geographies, with specific focus on the South. In addition, she manages projects and client relationships with our long standing clients as well new associations.
Shilpa is involved in a range of the solutions we offer, having worked extensively on both our Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building Solutions.
Her work in Impact and Effectiveness Solutions include assignments where she has helped design key HR processes such as performance management, organization structure design and the design of leadership and management competency frameworks. In other assignments providing Definition and Alignment, she has worked with senior leadership to craft their Vision and Values, while providing valuable insights into the cascade process and way forward.
As a part of our Capability Building solutions, she has been involved in the design and facilitation of assessment and development centers spanning first time managers to senior leaders. She has also been involved in rolling out IMPRINT for mid and senior leadership. She has been part of several capability building solutions involving top talent identification and development, content creation and the design of career frameworks. She has worked on several Program Design assignmets that include capability building interventions for individual and organizational effectiveness.
At CoCoon, she has worked with companies in Manufacturing, IT, ITES, Telecom, BFSI, Retail and the Development Sector both in India and abroad.

Gitanjali contributes to a wide variety of assignments across industries and levels, with equal involvement in both the Organizational Effectiveness as well as Capability Building Solutions.
As a part of our Impact and Effectiveness solutions she has worked on assignments to facilitate the process for leadership teams to articulate the vision and goals for the organization, developing business objectives and organization strategy and cascading the same to individual goals and KRA’s. She has significantly contributed to business diagnostics to identify behaviors that drive growth and culture audits. She been closely involved in and led assignments in HR process design and re-design to meet organization growth, some of these were centered around performance management and recruitment.
Gitanjal has contributed significantly to our Leadership Development solutions, leading assignments on assessment and development centre design for a range of levels. She has also facilitated IMPRINT, for senior leadership, followed by one-on-one coaching. She has made several contributions towards Program Design assignments that include top talent development programs, curriculum design and capability building interventions for individual and organizational effectiveness.

Amrita Madiah

Amrita is involved in a range of assignments, across levels and industries, involving Organizational Effectiveness, with principal focus on Capability Building solutions.
Her work in Impact and Effectiveness include the design of development centres spanning first time leaders to senior management. She has been part of business diagnostics to understand behaviors that drive performance as well as to understand the health of HR systems and processes within an organization. She has also been involved in assignments to align competency frameworks and design tools for their socialization and roll out in the organization.
As part of our Leadership Development solutions she has facilitated IMPRINT for Managers and development and assessment centers for range of participants, from first time supervisors to senior leadership. She has been involved in several Program Design assignments that include top talent development programs, curriculum design and capability building interventions for individual and organizational effectiveness. Several of these assignments include content creation for facilitation by internal facilitators and business leaders and have addressed varied audiences within the organization. She has facilitated management effectiveness sessions with leadership teams, to support alignment with business objectives as well as role transition.

Jayati Talapatra

Jayati is involved in solutions spanning both Organizational Effectiveness as well as Capability Building, with a strong inclination towards Program Design as well as work with organizations in the social sector.
Her work in Impact and Effectiveness includes business diagnostics on the health of HR systems and processes and organization design and structure. She has been instrumental in providing guidelines and support to various clients in their effort at restructuring such systems and processes, including facilitating management team effectiveness forums as an extension of these assignments.
As a part of Program Design projects, she has been extensively involved in the design of integrated learning programs and leverages her human resources background and experience to create relevant and impactful learning tools. She is actively involved in facilitating learning programs as a preamble to transitioning them as internally led programs. Other content creation assignments she has been a part of include designing and evaluating the outcomes of a long term leadership program, which was then institutionalized by the client.

Pavithra Gaikwad

Pavithra is involved in a variety of solutions across both Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building, with a strong contribution to Program Design.
She has contributed significantly towards several business diagnostics, as a part of our Impact and Effectiveness assignments. These include benchmarking, capability needs assessment, culture audits and identifying potential indicators for high performers. She has also been involved in assignments to define and align competency frameworks and design tools for their socialization and roll out in the organization.
As part of our Program Design solutions she has been extensively involved in content creation for learning interventions and curriculum design across the corporate and non-corporate sectors. These programs have spanned audiences from junior to mid and senior levels. She has used her design expertise in creating plans and creative aids for vision and values cascade workshops and other organization communication platforms. As a part of the Leadership Development solutions, she has been involved in the facilitation of development centres for new and mid level managers.

Pooja Chadha

Pooja is involved in both Organizational Effectiveness and Capability Building Solutions with a significant contribution in Organization Design & Structure, Leadership Development and Program Design.
Her involvement in Impact and Effectiveness solutions, includes diagnostics for organization structure effectiveness as well as organization restructure and design. She has worked extensively in auditing key people processes, designing revised processes and systems and creating supporting tools and guiding mechanisms for the client.
As a part of the Leadership Development solutions she has designed assessment and development centres, for varied audiences and levels across industries. Some of these designs have also formed the backbone of the client’s selection or promotion process and have been institutionalized. She has also contributed significantly to Career Frameworks assignments, leveraging her experience to provide direction and definition to various parts of the solution.
