Vandana, Founder of CoCoon Consulting and Partner with the firm, provides strategic inputs to various client assignments and is an Executive Coach for Senior Managers across various organizations. She also designs and facilitates OD interventions for our Client Organizations.
With over 16 years of experience, Vandana started as a freelance HR consultant with various companies in the United States after which she returned to India to work with Hindustan Lever Limited, where her focus was Management Development and Training. She then moved on to head HR for a young IT start-up, where her mandate was to put in place all key HR systems and processes. Then the entrepreneurial bug bit and she set up CoCoon Consulting! Vandana is based out of our Bangalore office.
Vandana holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the Central Michigan University, USA.
