Client:A 40,000 strong Global Integrated IT Services and Solutions company.
The Assignment: The organization had experienced meteoric growth in various Businesses. There was a felt need to create consistent role descriptions across the entire organization and skills' catalogs as a basis for role based training, skill gap analysis and other key talent management processes, going forward.
The Approach: This project was approached in a phased manner, given the sheer size of the organization. First, the roles and skills were created for the Verticals and then for other Business lines. We also worked at building this competence within an internal core team so that they could do this exercise for new divisions / new roles, going forward.
We also provided solution envisioning support to the Senior Core Team to support them as they put together the 'going forward' talent management processes which leverage the roles and skills. This was done through a working session facilitated by CoCoon
