  DEFINING A CHANGE ROADMAP
Driving a Renewed Vision, Strategic Goals and Culture

Client: Large global organization in the ITO, Applications and BPO space.

Organizational context: The organization had recently gone through a merger with another well established organization and was anticipating merger with another. The Operating Model had been realigned with a newly formed Executive Team to lead it. Market conditions were sluggish but the business was tasked with stiff targets and growth goals.

Our Brief: Design and support implementation of a change roadmap that addresses the following 2-point agenda:
  • Provide positive impetus to renewed business objectives
  • Provide a rallying point for everyone in the organization

Step 1: Diagnosis and definition Step 2: Business Alignment Step 3: People Alignment Step 4: Driving Change
We began with a Culture Dipstick covering over 350 employees across levels and locations The key focus here was strategic goals and business architecture.
We achieved this through:
Communication is critical for the success for such an exercise. We handed the baton over to an Internal Task Force that was tasked with:
This was followed by an Executive Team Session to define the initial version of their Vision, Values, and Goals and a Leadership Team Session to baseline these with the market landscape for their respective businesses Alignment sessions with each Business Head and his/her direct reports.

Executive team role alignment and definition of their own leadership mandate.

Finally systems and process alignment for all the Corporate Functions.
We partnered with the client to create a calendar to share and reinforce key elements of the vision, values, winning culture, strategic business goals to cover all employees Putting in place dashboards to track progress against key strategic initiatives.

Monitor cascade and communication activities and implement key strategic people initiatives such as top talent identification, succession planning and so on.
