The Assignment:The organization was going through an exponential growth phase by expanding their customer base, products and geographical presence. CoCoon partnered with the leadership team in the organization to crystallize their strategic plan and design and implement the Structure of the organization in alignment with the growth plans. We were also commissioned to design the organization’s Performance Management System and Incentive scheme and support the first part of the performance management cycle which is ensuring the seamless cascade of goals across the organization.
Our Approach:We used a three-step approach to identify ‘Social Enterprise Business Model’ ideas.
Step 1
We conducted an extensive diagnostic to understand the current organization structure, systems & processes, future goals and strategic plans.
Step 2
We conducted a Strategic Planning and ‘Annual Planning workshop for the leadership team to concretise focus areas for the next 3 years.
Step 3
The Organization structure was designed to enable growth across products and different states.
Departmental goals for every department and job descriptions for every position in the organization were created.
We supported the Leadership team was in the cascade of department structures and job descriptions.
Step 4
Performance management and incentive systems were designed and implemented.
We supported the leadership team through setting of objectives for their respective teams and cascade it across their department.
