Client:2 organizations in the MFI sector working on micro credit for women in the semi urban and rural parts of the country
Audience: HR professionals with 0 to 5 years of total experience
The Assignment:As part of this assignment, CoCoon invited HR teams from two client organizations to participate in the program. The key objective for one of the organizations was to enable their HR team to be geared up to and aligned with the Business to act as Strategic HR partners in order to meet the organization’s stiff growth plans. The other organization was keen to build fundamental HR knowledge and capability in the HR team (given that most of the team was either from Operations or non-HR backgrounds), to help them become more effective in their roles as HR professionals.
